
Kings Catering N Events, LLC
Welcome. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of catering services by Kings Catering N Events, LLC ("we," "our," "us") to you ("Client," "you," "your"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or a text link. 1.2. A deposit of 50% for totals over $450 is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed. 1.3. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. 2.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

More than 15 days before the event: 8% of the deposit.

Less than 15 days before the event: 15% of the total amount. 2.3. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability.

3. Menu and Guest Count
3.1. Final menu selections and guest counts must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event. 3.2. Changes to the guest count after this date may result in additional charges. 3.3. We are not responsible for shortages due to an increase in guest count not communicated within the agreed timeline.

4. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies
4.1. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies when informed in advance. 4.2. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that menu items are free of allergens.

5. Payment Terms
5.1. Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, Money order, or Cash. 5.2. Late payments are not acceptable but, will be charged $25 per day. 5.3. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Event Logistics
6.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, including location, date, and time. 6.2. We require access to the venue 2 to 3 before the event for setup. 6.3. Additional charges may apply for extended service hours or last-minute changes.

7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for any damages or losses caused by:

Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages).

Food allergies or dietary reactions when accurate information was not provided.

Over intoxication by consumption of alcoholic beverages by guest or guest of guest on or near the event location.

7.2. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services.

8. Client Responsibilities
8.1. The Client must ensure that the venue complies with health and safety regulations. 8.2. The Client is responsible for providing adequate facilities for food service, including tables, chairs, and power sources, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation between the parties. 10.2. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to local mediation/arbitration/court jurisdiction servicers.

11. Amendments
11.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

12. Governing Law
12.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of California.
By booking with Kings Catering N Events, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Party Rental Agreement
This Party Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Kings Catering N Events, LLC ("we," "our," "us") and the Client ("you," "your") for the rental of party equipment and services. By signing this Agreement, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking and Confirmation
1.1. All rental bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or a signed agreement. 1.2. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The balance must be paid on the day of delivery, prior to the event date, or unless otherwise agreed. 1.3. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

2. Rental Period
2.1. The rental period begins at the agreed-upon delivery time and ends at the agreed-upon pickup time. 2.2. Late returns may incur additional charges of rental cost per day.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. 3.2. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

More than 7 before the event: 10% of the deposit.

Less than 7 before the event: 20% of the total amount. 3.3. Rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability.
​4. Delivery and Setup
4.1. Delivery and setup will occur at the location and time specified by the Client. 4.2. The Client must ensure clear and safe access to the venue. 4.3. Additional charges may apply for locations with limited access or requiring extensive setup time.

5. Use of Equipment
5.1. The Client is responsible for the proper use and care of all rented equipment. 5.2. The Client must not modify or alter any rented items. 5.3. Any damages or losses to the equipment during the rental period will be charged to the Client at the repair or replacement cost.

6. Payment Terms
6.1. Payments can be made via PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp, Money order, or Cash. 6.2. Late payments are not acceptable and may incur additional fees of price of rental per day. 6.3. All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

7. Liability
7.1. We are not liable for:

Injuries or damages resulting from the use of rented equipment.

Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, traffic delays). 7.2. The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of rented equipment.
8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Gratuity
12.1. A gratuity fee of 12% will be added to the total cost for any and most services provided, including setup, delivery service, and cleanup. 12.2. Gratuity is intended to acknowledge the efforts of our staff in ensuring your event runs smoothly. 12.3. The gratuity fee is non-refundable and will be included in the final invoice.
